Problem

The company quickly identified several needs for those looking to rent an apartment in Costa Rica. For example, most online property search options are very basic and offer simple search filters. They often lack detailed information about apartments, making it difficult for users to make effective purchasing decisions with limited data. Additionally, the user experience in these applications is unintuitive, which results in users becoming demotivated during their search for the property of their dreams or delaying their search altogether.

Solution

Our solution starts by working closely with the client to understand their goals and objectives. We implement design flows that facilitate navigation through rental options, allowing users to customize their searches according to their preferences. In addition, we developed a recommendation feature that uses advanced algorithms to suggest properties based on the user's search history and preferences.

Results

As a result, we created an innovative application that meets the needs of users and fulfills the stated objectives. The PartaRentals app allows users to share properties with their acquaintances, save their favorite options to view later, and compare two or more properties to make better decisions. It also features a referral system where users who complete a property rental or refer others who complete this action can earn points, which can be redeemed for discounts on future transactions.
