Problem

The client identified a number of needs for those involved in the world of event planning, or who are simply in the business of managing it. For example, inviting guests manually is a time-consuming and effort-consuming job, as well as properly controlling all those who confirm or cancel invitations. In addition, receiving and managing gifts from those invited to events is often a difficult process to keep in order.

Solution

Working closely with the client to understand their business goals and objectives, and thoroughly understanding the target audience and their needs, our solution is a highly intuitive, easy-to-use application with an attractive interface that allows users to send money to the organizer, decline or accept invitations, as well as allowing the administrator to view event attendees and manage the money collected.

Results

We designed an innovative application for the world of event planning and management that meets the needs of both the company and the target audience. Invigift is a cloud-based event management web application that is designed to help individuals, entities and organizations manage invitations, guest lists, attendees and much more. We have adapted to the branding of the brand and managed to create an innovative and eye-catching proposal that meets the objectives previously established by the client.
